Natalie Abbott is an experienced Latin teacher with a passion for making the ancient world come alive in the classroom. With over a decade of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Classics from Tufts University, she has taught Latin and classical subjects at a range of institutions, most recently at The Roeper School in Michigan. Natalie’s teaching blends linguistic precision, cultural context, and creative pedagogy, allowing students of all backgrounds to engage meaningfully with the Latin language and Roman civilisation.

Her classical training is grounded in both academic excellence—earning distinctions such as Phi Beta Kappa and a full-tuition scholarship at Tufts—and years of practical classroom leadership. She designs lessons that adapt to individual learning styles, incorporates technology into instruction, and fosters a supportive, inclusive environment for language learners.

Beyond the classroom, Natalie’s love of history, logic, animals, and the arts shapes her multidisciplinary approach. She brings creativity, empathy, and strong communication skills to every setting, whether guiding students through Cicero or managing digital workflows in her parallel work as an e-commerce associate.
